Five bagatelles for clarinet and bassoon. Advanced grade

This set of five short pieces uses a limited pitch series to explore contrasting melodic, rhythmic and instrumental ideas and textures. Each Bagatelle develops out of the same 10-note row, used in primary, inverted, retrograde and transposed forms, contrasting with hints of tonality to keep things grounded. Not strictly serialist then - serialism lite perhaps?
