Piano solo, c.5'30. Diploma grade
Featuring elements reminiscent of Rachmaninoff's music as well as more contemporary chromatic harmonies. This piece will fine-tune co-ordination in both hands by playing long sections of alternating intervals with varied finger patterns. At the same time, each hand will get a chance to feature a melodic line that will need to be shaped expressively, so developing a fine balance between hands and hands independence is essential.
