Ritmico Etudes

Nine etudes for solo piano.  Suggested grades 5 to 8

Focusing on rhythm as the driving force of the music, the Ritmico Etudes explore a variety of minimalist techniques within a tonal, jazz orientated language, with the addition of some character pieces. In general, the touch should be incisive and percussive, and tempo nuances should be avoided unless marked.
